Auto Car Parts Store Dallas is a locally owned aftermarket and recycled collision parts counter serving Dallas and the surrounding towns. Danny spent nine years behind a dealer parts counter before opening this one in 2016, which is where the pricing policy on this site came from.
Why the prices are published
Nine years of quoting people four hundred dollars for a piece of moulded plastic worth a hundred and forty will do something to a person. The whole reason this counter exists is that the gap between what a collision panel costs and what a driver gets told it costs is enormous, and almost every business in this trade treats that gap as the product. Publishing the number is the simplest way to stop being one of them.
I spent nine years at a dealer parts counter watching people sign for a bumper that cost us eighty dollars, and the day I quoted a woman with two kids in the car eleven hundred dollars for a front end I knew I could buy for two eighty, that was more or less it. Opened this place in 2016 with a rented bay off Irving Boulevard, one van, and my cousin Ray who still cannot reverse it. Marisol joined a year later and runs the front better than I did. Every price on this website is the price on the shelf, and that is the entire business model.
The big names, and where we fit
Certifit has a distribution counter in Grand Prairie. LKQ and Keystone Automotive cover the whole metro. RockAuto will ship you anything from a warehouse in another state, and Simco has been selling body parts in this city longer than we have. All of them are real options and some of them will beat us on a specific part on a specific day. What they will not do is publish a counter price, sell you one clip, or tell you to clean the throttle body before buying a new one.
Everything we sell
Bumper covers, absorbers and reinforcement bars. Fenders, quarter panels and factory-seam repair sections. Hoods, grilles, header panels and radiator core supports. Headlights, taillights, fog lamps, mirrors and mirror glass. Door shells, door skins, floor pans, cab corners and flat sheet cut at the counter. Radiators, condensers, receiver driers and fan assemblies. Pre-painted panels sprayed to your jamb tag code. Basecoat, clear, primer, filler, adhesive and abrasives. Push retainers and trim clips by the piece. Graded recycled panels, lamps and assemblies. Throttle bodies, sensors and cleaner. Tailgates, bed sides, cab corners, flares and running boards for trucks.
Plus the small stuff nobody bothers stocking: headlight tab repair kits, taillight gaskets, bulb socket pigtails, radiator mounting cushions, hood insulation pins, door check straps and weatherstrip fasteners.
